The Saksham Bharat Setu team took the responsibility of organizing and conducting a mock interview session at Sunbeam Institute of Information Technology - CDAC, Pune – Hinjawadi. The initiative was designed to help students prepare for real-world interviews by improving their communication, confidence, technical knowledge, and professional presentation.
SAKSHAM in collaboration with its academic and industry partners, hosted a Leadership Roundtable at Orchid Hotel, Pune, bringing together senior CXOs, institutional leaders, HR Heads, Campus Heads, Placement Leaders and industry experts to discuss the evolving landscape of employability and talent development in the AI era.The roundtable provided a collaborative platform for leaders from industry and academia to exchange perspectives on the changing expectations of employers, the future of campus hiring, emerging skills, AI-driven transformation and the need to strengthen the connection between education and industry. The sessions encouraged open dialogue, sharing of experiences and exploration of practical approaches to make students and institutions more future-ready.
The Saksham Summit 2025 marked the first event in the Saksham journey, laying the foundation for a vision focused on empowering individuals through skills, opportunities, and employability. The summit brought together industry leaders, HR professionals, educators, and other stakeholders to discuss the importance of developing a skilled and future-ready workforce. It focused on industry-academia collaboration, skill development, employment opportunities, youth empowerment, and career readiness, creating a platform for meaningful discussions and knowledge sharing. The summit marked the beginning of an ongoing journey toward building a more skilled, employable, and industry-ready generation.
